Embryo adoption is a technique that consists of gestating embryos that other couples have donated once they have achieved their pregnancy.

The selection method begins with advertisements in universities aimed at students between the ages of 18 and 29. They give their consent in writing, and go through strict tests and clinical examinations.
From his medical history, to andrological exploration, seminogram and semen culture, AIDS serology, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, cytomegalovirus and chlamydia, to blood group and Rh factor. In addition to ruling out chromosomal alterations in blood and semen by means of karyotype and FISH, and genetic alterations such as cystic fibrosis and thalassemia.

Genetic: we study the donor for the 18 most frequent and high-impact genetic diseases. It represents an important advance in order to prevent a sick baby. It is not a compatibility test, we do not compare it with your DNA. You don’t have to show. only the donor is studied.
The new genetic tests are a revolution in reproductive medicine since they allow the study of a large number of diseases at the same cost as until recently for just one. Compatibility offers you the maximum prevention possible today. By simply giving a small blood sample, they allow us to know which genes can transmit disease (even without a family history) for the more than 300 frequent and high-impact genetic diseases studied, and thus prevent, affectionate baby, looking for your ideal donor, with a genetic profile compatible with you, because we want a healthy family, prevention is better.
Advantages of the genetic test: Many more diseases studied at a much lower cost than the traditional equivalent. With the genetic test, the cost per disease studied does not exceed €3. It provides more information than current diagnostic methods. An example: the traditional study of Cystic Fibrosis (valued at €330) studies 34 mutations of the causative gene; with the compatibility test we studied 140 mutations (+400%). Among the diseases studied are those with the greatest impact such as Cystic Fibrosis, Fragile X Syndrome, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Sickle Cell Anemia, Alpha and Beta Thalassemia, and Tay-Sachs Disease. Given the great demand for semen from donors with proven fertility, that is, pregnancy, we began to offer Premium Semen. In addition to all the guarantees of the study and donor selection, you can choose to be a donor who has already demonstrated fertility with a pregnancy. This group is given a questionnaire on tastes and hobbies that is shared with you.
You can make a pre-reservation if you are already clear that you will look for another baby and you want it to be with the same donor’s semen.
Once you know that you are pregnant -before even announcing it to everyone- confirm that you want to finish making the reservation. Then we can guarantee a second pregnancy with the same donor’s semen.
