Viene quindi inserito nella vagina della donna. In questo modo, la fecondazione e le prime fasi dello sviluppo avvengono all&#8217;interno del corpo del paziente. Viene eseguita la stimolazione ormonale delle ovaie. Quindi, quando i follicoli sono maturati, viene eseguita la puntura ecografica intravaginale per estrarre i fluidi follicolari e gli ovociti.<\/p>\n<p>Il marito deve consegnare un campione di seme da preparare (addestrare) in laboratorio.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta che abbiamo gli ovuli e lo sperma, vengono introdotti nel sistema di coltura INVO e posti nella vagina.<\/p>\n<p>Il terzo o quinto giorno il dispositivo viene rimosso e gli embrioni vengono valutati.
