Il est ensuite ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le vagin de la femme. De cette fa\u00e7on, la f\u00e9condation et les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9veloppement se produisent dans le corps du patient. Une stimulation hormonale des ovaires est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Ensuite, lorsque les follicules ont m\u00fbri, une ponction \u00e9chographique intravaginale est effectu\u00e9e pour extraire les fluides folliculaires et les ovocytes.<\/p>\n<p>Le mari doit livrer un \u00e9chantillon de sperme qui sera pr\u00e9par\u00e9 (form\u00e9) au laboratoire.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que nous avons les ovules et le sperme, ils sont introduits dans le syst\u00e8me de culture INVO et plac\u00e9s dans le vagin.<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me ou le cinqui\u00e8me jour, le dispositif est retir\u00e9 et les embryons sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s.
