Les cellules du soi-disant Trophectoderm sont extraites. Ces cellules sont celles qui forment les structures implantaires et le placenta. Les cellules de la soi-disant masse cellulaire interne, qui sont celles qui forment le f\u0153tus, ne sont pas extraites.
