What you need to know?

MOVE
A single journey. It is desirable but not essential, to provide the previous analytical. CONTENT: Visit andrological (man) and gynecological visit (female); Opening of medical history. Complete clinical examination. Poll of the examinations performed. Complete the study of the couple, if necessary. Detailed instructions for the start of treatment.

VISITS DURATION
Approximately 40 minutes for each visit. It is intended that the visits to the gynecologist and andrologist are consecutive.

PREVIOUS STUDIES
You can make medical studies after the first visit as called for in light of each case, so we avoid making unnecessary studies tests probably will be needed are listed below along with their temporary.

Female study:

1. Complete hemogram.
2. Basal glucemia.
3. Blood type and Rh.
4. Luetic serology (Syphilis), Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV. *
5. Karyotype.
6. GOT, GPT, Gamma GT.
7. Total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, Triglycerides.
8. Creatinine and urea.
9. Rubella Antibody.
10. Prolactin.
11. TSH.
12. Vaginal cytology.*
13. Mammogram if the woman is older than 35.**

* 6 months validity.
** 12 months validity.


Male Study:

1. Complete hemogram.
2. Glucemia.
3. Blood type and Rh.
4. Luetic serology (Syphilis), Hepatitis
5. B, Hepatitis C, HIV.*
6. Karyotype.
7. Cystic fibrosis gene (CFTR).

* 6 months validity.


These analyses can be done beforehand in order to evaluate the results during the first visit, or they can be done during the consultation and the results sent later by fax, mail or email.

The man should arrive having refrained from sexual activity for 4 to 7 days (no ejaculations) so that, if necessary, he can provide a sperm sample for study after the appointment.
